CNC605+ GDI/PIEZO Injector Cleaner & Tester

CNC605+ is a cleaning and testing equipment suitable for piezoelectric (140V), GDI (65V/12V) and conventional fuel injectors. It uses ultrasonic cleaning technology combined with microprocessor oil pressure control technology to simulate various engine working conditions and clean and test automobile fuel injectors.

Working Mode Selection Automatically selects EFI (12V), GDI (65V), or PIEZO (140V) operating mode based on the injector type for accurate testing and cleaning.
Ultrasonic Cleaning Simultaneously performs ultrasonic cleaning on multiple injectors, effectively removing carbon deposits and contaminants.
Low Resistance Testing Supports low-resistance injector testing to detect short circuits and open circuits in fuel injectors.
Uniformity / Spray Testing Evaluates fuel injection consistency and spray atomization for each injector, allowing detailed observation through the illuminated background panel.
Sealing Test Tests injector sealing performance and detects leakage under simulated system pressure.
Fuel Injection Quantity Detection Measures injector fuel delivery under a constant 15-second injection cycle to verify flow accuracy.
Automatic Cleaning and Testing Simulates real operating conditions and automatically performs injector cleaning and testing according to preset parameters.
Reverse Flush Function Performs reverse flushing using a dedicated adapter to remove internal injector contaminants and residues trapped in the filter screen.

Make Your Products Last Longer

  • Do not place anything on the control panel to prevent from breaking the measuring cup because it is made from vulnerable. Do not disconnect hose before the system pressure reaches “0”.
  • Always ensure that the provided power supply is well contacted with ground safely.
  • The unit is designed with warning function. When the level switch checks the liquid inside the tank less than the lowest line, the unit will utter the warning sound and meanwhile stop the fuel pump and injectors automatically, and then the unit returns to the stop state. The unit will stop warning until the liquid is supplied enough. At this time pressing the ENTER key will run the unit again.
  • Clean the control panel in time and Keep the pulse signal cable away from the liquid.
